Gina concentrates her practice on representing victims who have suffered catastrophic bodily injuries and wrongful death arising from general liability cases, including construction and industrial accidents, motor vehicle and tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability, and fires, as well as professional liability and product liability. Gina was included on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2010-2015 and on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list from 2016-2022.

Gina's Professional Affiliations and Appointments

Gina is the Vice Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Civil Litigation Council and is on the Board of Governors for the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers, an invite-only organization of elite trial lawyers. She is also serving an appointment to a second three-year term as a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  From 2019-2022, she served on the Allegheny County Judiciary Committee, also serving as Chair from 2021-2022, responsible for rating prospective judicial candidates and assessing a candidate’s professional qualifications and competence, integrity, commitment to equal justice, and judicial temperament.

Gina's Community Involvement

Gina is very active in the community and is truly dedicated to helping others.  She currently serves as Vice President and Pittsburgh Division Coordinator of Project Sweet Peas, a national non-profit organization supporting NICU families and Staff.  Through personal experience, she has become passionate about providing support to families of premature or sick infants and to those who have been affected by pregnancy and infant loss. She is an active supporter of the Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation, which supports the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Magee-Womens Hospital, where her daughter was born premature and spent 75 days. Gina also serves as the Vice Chair and a Trustee of the North Allegheny Foundation as well as the Finance Chair and Executive Board Member of the North Allegheny Women’s Association, both of which are organizations dedicated to serving those in need.
