Osterman
Attorney Ty Osterman is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Attorney Osterman serves clients in our workers’ compensation and Social Security disability departments.
He has more than 10 years of experience helping people who have been injured or suffered an illness at work. From hearings to depositions to making sure that the right evidence is collected, Attorney Osterman understands what it takes to build a successful case.
Education & Licensing
- Attorney Osterman earned his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
- While in law school, won CALI Awards for highest grade in the class in: Workers’ Compensation Practicum, Advanced Legal Writing, and Criminal Procedure
- Admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
