“The Best Winter Day Ever!” 2007 Coloring Contest

Coloring Contest Winners

Eleven-year-old Brandon Driggs of Davidsville, Pa., won the fourth annual Edgar Snyder & Associates coloring contest. Participants were encouraged to draw what they considered “The Best Winter Day Ever!” Brandon’s creativity won him a $250 gift card to Toys “R” Us and a $1,000 donation was made to Conemaugh Twp. Intermediate School in his honor.

Brandon’s artwork shows a snowman and a snowwoman under the mistletoe with the caption “The one who makes your heart melt.” Brandon’s artwork made our hearts melt because his best winter day ever would be spent with someone he loves. A panel of judges chose four winning artists out of hundreds. Runners-up who won $100 toy shopping sprees include: 8-year-old Jenna Beam of Pittsburgh, Pa., 8-year-old Tori Hartman of Coraopolis, Pa., and 11-year-old Shalyn Patterson of Elizabeth, Pa.
