Pineapple or Orange Eggnog
This recipe serves 4
- 2 cups chilled pineapple or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar or honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 egg or 2 egg yolks
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup cracked ice
- Combine in shaker or blender.
- Shake or blend well.
- Serve in large rock glasses.
