Mock Pink Champagne

Ingredients:

This recipe serves 10

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen grapefruit juice concentrate
  • 1 bottle (28 ounce) chilled ginger
  • 1/3 cup grenadine syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar with water in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Allow mixture to cool.
  3. Add frozen concentrates.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. At serving time add ginger ale and grenadine syrup.
  6. Stir lightly.
