Mock Pink Champagne
This recipe serves 10
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen grapefruit juice concentrate
- 1 bottle (28 ounce) chilled ginger
- 1/3 cup grenadine syrup
- Mix sugar with water in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- Allow mixture to cool.
- Add frozen concentrates.
- At serving time add ginger ale and grenadine syrup.
- Stir lightly.
