This recipe serves 10
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup cherry juice, from canned cherries
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 quart seltzer or ginger ale
- Blend sugar and juices.
- Cover and chill.
- Before serving, add seltzer or ginger ale combine juices with ice and chill.
- Pour into punch bowl over a block of ice and add ginger ale.
- Garnish glasses with mint sprig.
- Add a few scoops of orange sherbet.
