Rear-Facing Car Seat
Law states no preference.
Car Seat
Children 7 years and younger or less than 57 inches tall must be in a child safety seat.
Booster Seat
Children 7 years and younger or less than 57 inches tall must be in a child safety seat.
Seat Belt
- Children ages 8 through 15 must be secured in a seat belt.
- Children who are at least 57 inches tall must be secured in a seat belt.
Seating Position
Law states no preference.
Fines & Penalties
Any person convicted of a violation is subject to a fine of $50.
