Children ages 4 and under must be in a proper safety seat.

Booster Seat

Children ages 5-7 (and under 57") must be in a proper safety seat.

Seat Belt

Children ages 5-7 (and over 57") must be restrained in the vehicle.

Seating Position

Law states no preference.

Fines & Penalties

Maximum fine for first offense is $50.
