Fisher Price Recalls Over Ten Million Toys

Fisher Price recalls millions of toys

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of more than 10 million dangerous toys made by Fisher Price. The CPSC says that the children's products pose potential dangers that range from falling onto protruding parts to choking on small parts.

The following toys are included in the recall:

  • 7 million Trikes and Tough Trikes toddler tricycles – The commission has received 10 reports of children being cut by a protruding part. Six of the incidents required medical attention.
  • 950,000 Healthy Care, Easy Clean, and Close to Me High Chairs – There have been 14 reports of children being cut by the legs of the high chairs.
  • 100,000 Fisher Price Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway – There have been at least two reported cases of wheels coming off and causing a choking hazard.
  • 2.8 million Baby Playzone ™, Crawl & Cruise Playground™, Baby Plazone™ Crawl & Slide Arcade™, Baby Gymtastics™ Play Wall, Ocean Wonders™ Kick & Crawl™ Aquarium (C3068 and H8094), 1-2-3 Tetherball™, and Bat & Score Goal™ - The CPSC received 46 reports of valves from inflatable balls included in the play areas coming off and posing a choking hazard.

Consumers are advised to stop using the products immediately.
