Collection and Use of Data (log files)
We maintain general log files on our web server which describe how users navigate our site and their origin. These log files do not provide personally identifiable information. The log files reveal the IP Address from which the connection was completed, the time of the event, the page requested, whether that request was successful or not, and certain system attributes including browser type, browser version, and operating system.

Stored data originating from e-mail communications from our online forms is password protected in our case management software. As a result, only authorized Edgar Snyder & Associates employees have access to the information and no one else. All e-mail messages that we receive become the property of Edgar Snyder & Associates. Again, we choose not to sell, rent or trade personal identifiable information to third parties.

Facebook & Social Media
Edgar Snyder & Associates enables Facebook users to connect with the law firm via the Edgar Snyder & Associates fan page. Profile visibility between fans is based on the user’s current Facebook privacy settings. The law firm asks for basic contact information when entering contests, giveaways, and to sign the Don’t Drink & Drive or Don’t Text & Drive pledges. We reserve the right to announce contest winners’ names and use any information posted on the fan page for publicity purposes. We will not share personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers; however, Facebook users are responsible for any personal information they post voluntarily on the fan page.
The law firm also reserves the right to use Tweets and Re-Tweets or any other social media sharing, that mention Edgar Snyder or Edgar Snyder & Associates, for publicity purposes.
