Attorney Richard Belkin has been fighting for the rights of injured workers for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Edgar Snyder & Associates, he was a law clerk for Judge John G. Brosky of the Pennsylvania Superior Court and represented coal miners for District 4 of the United Mine Workers of America in workers compensation cases.
Attorney Belkin represents clients in cases involving:
- Workers Compensation, including obtaining and retaining work comp benefits
- Social Security Disability claims
Education and Licensing
Attorney Belkin received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Attorney Belkin is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts.
