Edgar Snyder & Associates Pennsylvania Motorcycle Contest

For 40 years, Attorney Edgar Snyder and his team have represented thousands of people seriously injured in motorcycle accidents. In preparation for a motorcycle accident advertising campaign, the law firm is holding a motorcycle contest. Owners can submit photographs of their bikes for a chance for their bike to appear in an upcoming TV ad.

Eligibility

Entering the Contest
Email digital photos to: hotbikes@edgarsnyder.com. Include your name, phone number, address, and some details about your motorcycle. Or, send a printed photo to:

Ownership of Entries
All entries submitted to Edgar Snyder & Associates in connection with this contest, along with all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights associated therewith, become the property of Edgar Snyder & Associates upon submission. Photos will not be returned to any entrant. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that if you win the motorcycle contest, Edgar Snyder & Associates will own all rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute and promote the motorcycle in perpetuity without compensation to you or any other person.

Selection of Winners
A panel of judges from the law offices of Edgar Snyder & Associates will choose several winners. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email.

Prizes
The winning bikes will appear in an Edgar Snyder & Associates television commercial to air in the Pittsburgh, Johnstown/Altoona and Erie markets. The owner’s name, area of residence, and information about the motorcycle will appear on edgarsnyder.com and the motorcyclelegalcenter.com. The bike owner will receive $200 to cover the costs of traveling to the television shoot location. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Use of Name, Likeness, Etc.
As a condition of receiving any prize, each winner will be required to consent to the use of their name, area of residence, and general details of their motorcycle. You must also consent to using your likeness (as in a photograph or on television) and that of your motorcycle, without limitations, for promotional purposes without further payment.

Release
By entering the contest, you release and agree to hold harmless Edgar Snyder & Associates, and each of their partners or employees, from any liability whatsoever in connection with entering the contest or anything that may arise related to the contest.

Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Edgar Snyder & Associates.
