Attorney Edgar Snyder and Partners Named 2008 PA Super Lawyers
May 2008
For the fifth year in a row, Attorney
Edgar Snyder has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, an honor
that is awarded to the top five percent of state-wide lawyers. Attorney
Snyder is joined by his partners Attorney
Todd Berkey, Attorney
Cynthia Danel, Attorney
Richard Rosenthal, and Attorney
Michael Rosenzweig in earning the 2008 Super Lawyer distinction.
The top five percent of PA attorneys are named Super Lawyers based on votes from attorneys throughout Pennsylvania who nominated the best lawyers they have observed in action. An attorney-led research staff reviewed the nominees’ licensure, credentials, and standing with the Bar and assigned points based upon defined evaluation criteria. A Blue Ribbon panel of attorneys then scored the top vote-getters.
“I am honored to receive this award along with all of my partners, particularly because our colleagues recognized our team’s work on behalf of our clients,” said Attorney Snyder, who founded the law firm of Edgar Snyder & Associates in 1982. A University of Pittsburgh School of Law graduate, Attorney Snyder began his career as an Allegheny County public defender before opening his first office in the town of Duquesne, Pa.
