Chain Saws Recalled

23,500 Stihl-brand chain saws are being recalled because a potential fire hazard. A connection in the tool could loosen, causing a spark that may ignite a fire. In addition, some of the springs in the clutch assembly could dislodge and project from the saw, causing injury to the user.
If you have a Stihl-brand chain saw, check your model number. If it is MS 192 T and includes any of the serial numbers from 264371702 through 266087005 return your chain saw to a Stihl dealer immediately for a free repair. The chain saws were sold between January 2005 and July 2005.
