Swing Sets Recalled for Posing Fall Hazard to Children

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall
of faulty Playworld Systems Swing Sets. The defective
playground products pose an injury risk to children.
The recalled playground equipment was sold nationwide to daycare centers and children's learning centers from January 2007 to February 2008. Swing sets with the following part numbers are involved in the recall:

Approximately 17,300 of the unsafe swing sets are affected by the recall. It was found that the product's clevis bearing can become worn, which can cause the swing to detach and children to fall.
