Song Lin Industrial has recalled its Sleigh Round Crib, model #2005, for a fall hazard. The adjustable mattress height is set at its highest level during the suggested assembly. If infants are able to stand or sit up in the crib, they could easily fall to the ground, sustaining serious injuries.
Fisher-Price has issued a recall for the Rainforest Open Top Take-Along Swing. The infant swing poses an entrapment hazard, as children may easily become caught between the frame and seat of the product. Injuries such as bruises, bumps, cuts, and red marks may result. The manufacturer has received over 60 reports of entrapment from the product.
