Evenflo Children's Activity Centers Recalled

February 2009

Evenflo activity centers pose fall risk to children. Evenflo has recalled over 200,000 of its ExerSaucer Triple Fun stationary activity centers. The products present a fall hazard to children, and Evenflo has received reports of 10 injuries, including a broken collarbone.

When the centers are used as an activity table, which is Stage 3, the cap on one end of the product can loosen and detach, posing a fall risk to young children. The recall affects stationary activity centers made between October 2006 and December 2008 with model number 6231711. No other ExerSaucer models are included in this recall. They were sold at stores nationwide, including Toys 'R Us and Burlington Baby Depot.

Consumers should immediately stop using the activity table in Stage 3 and contact Evenflo to receive a free replacement end cap. The product can be used in Stages 1 and 2 without changes.
