FDA Issues Baby Food Recall

A baby food recall by H-E-B Baby Foods and Mom's Organic Choice product lines has parents on alert. As of March 15, 2006, the baby food lines were yanked from the shelves because customers reported pieces of glass found inside jars of peas, carrots and applesauce.

H-E-B encourages anybody who has any H-E-B baby food or Mom's Organic Choice products to return their jars to the store where bought for a full refund.
