Pennsylvania residents have two Tort options when buying car insurance:
Full Tort: You can seek money for pain and suffering if hurt in an accident. If you have Full Tort your insurance premiums probably cost a little bit more.
Limited Tort: In exchange for giving up the right to receive compensation for pain and suffering if hurt in an accident, your insurance premium is slightly lower.
