Rear-Facing Car Seat
Law states no preference.
Car Seat
Children ages 7 and younger and less than 57 inches tall must ride in a child safety seat.
Booster Seat
Children ages 7 and younger and less than 57 inches tall must ride in a child safety seat.
Seat Belt
- Children ages 8 through 15 must be restrained in a seat belt.
- Children who are at least 57 inches tall must be restrained in a seat belt.
Seating Position
Law states no preference.
