Rear-facing Car Seat
Law states no preference.
Car Seat
Children under age 5 or children who weigh less than 60 pounds must be in a safety seat in the back seat, when possible.
Booster Seat
Children under age 5 or children who weigh less than 60 pounds must be in a safety seat in the back seat, when possible.
Seat Belt
- Children under the age of 15 must be restrained in the vehicle.
- Children who weigh more than 60 pounds can use a seat belt.
Seating Position
