Rear-facing Car Seat
Law states no preference.
Car Seat
Children under age 5 who weigh less than 60 pounds must be in a proper safety seat.
Booster Seat
Children under age 5 who weigh less than 60 pounds must be in a proper safety seat.
Seat Belt
Children ages 6 through 14, or children who weigh more than 60 pounds, must be restrained in the vehicle.
Seating Position
Law states no preference.
