Edgar Snyder & Associates Receives Top Workplace Awards

Edgar Snyder & Associates has been voted one of the Best Places to Work in western Pennsylvania and one of the Top Places to Work in Pittsburgh. Both honors were based on surveys that gathered anonymous employee votes on a variety of criteria.

The Best Places to Work survey, conducted by the Pittsburgh Business Times, asked employees to rate the law firm on criteria like satisfaction, management effectiveness, and feeling valued. Other information, like benefits packages and employee perks, were also taken into consideration. Businesses that received the highest scores were named to the Best Places to Work list. This is the fourth year in a row the law firm has made the list, placing in the top ten among mid-size companies. It was also the only law firm to be named a Best Place to Work.

The Top Places to Work survey, conducted by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, asked for feedback on categories such as leadership, communication, opportunity, atmosphere, and pay and benefits. Only those companies which received top scores were included on the Top Places to Work list.

“I take special pride in these honors since they are based on anonymous feedback from our staff,” said Attorney Edgar Snyder. “I appreciate everyone’s support in making our law firm a great place to work.”
