Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or associate degree
- 3-5 years of customer service / call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; knowledge of Needles or other case management system preferred
- Excellent customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles inbound and outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, client satisfaction and retention
- Follows basic procedures and scripts
- Requires fundamental knowledge to navigate the Firm’s customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the Firm’s services
- Responsibilities may include answering customer questions, explaining and selling available services, correcting errors, and/or developing leads
- Maintains interactions and transactions records, records details of inquiries as well as actions taken
- Requires knowledge to interface successfully with other department within the Firm
