LateNight Penn State
As the parents of three children, Edgar and Sandy recognize that excess drinking by college students is a serious problem at most universities. To offer an alternative to drinking, the Snyders are proud sponsors of LateNight Penn State.
LateNight, held at at the HUB-Robeson Center on Friday and Saturday nights, provides an alcohol-free environment with opportunities for students to gain experiences in programming, leadership development, and responsible social interaction. The program includes entertaining activities such as movies, music, dancing, and crafts.
LateNight Goals:
- To provide students with alternative opportunities to alcohol-related activities.
- To offer a variety of programs that will meet the interests of a diverse student body.
- To Encourage student involvement in planning and co-sponsoring programs.
The Snyders help Penn State University get the message out about LateNight through an interactive web site and other promotional activities.
