"My Holiday Wish" Coloring Contest
Coloring Contest Winners
Seven-year-old Alexandra Solomon of Moon Twp. Pa, won the third annual Edgar Snyder & Associates coloring contest. Participants were encouraged to draw what they wish for over the holidays for this year's theme, "My Holiday Wish." Alexandra's thoughtfulness and creativity won her a $250 gift card to Toys "R" Us and a $1,000 donation was made to J.A. Allard Elementary School in her honor.
Alexandra's colorful artwork shows different races of people surrounding the world with "Peace on Earth" written above. A panel of judges chose four winning artists out of hundreds. Runners-up who won $100 toy shopping sprees include: 8-year-old Alexandra White of Pittsburgh, Pa., 11-year-old Claire Pomorski of Erie, Pa., and 11-year-old Taylor McCready of Duncansville, Pa.
