Attorney Michael Rosenzweig was named a 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®, an honor awarded to the top five percent of state-wide lawyers. Based on the results of the 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® selection process, Attorney Rosenzweig was also honored as one of the top 50 attorneys in Pittsburgh.
As the firm's Litigation Manager, Attorney Rosenzweig mentors young associates, creates and implements litigation department procedures, and conducts continuing education of the legal staff on litigation strategies, techniques, and breaking legal decisions.
Attorney Rosenzweig has been particularly successful in locating and utilizing government and industry safety codes and standards to benefit his clients. These standards have included codes for construction, OSHA and MSHA, handicapped access, storm door composition, elevators, farm machinery, and roadway design and maintenance.
Attorney Rosenzweig is a frequent lecturer for both local and state trial attorney organizations and has lectured on numerous topics including legal ethics, insurance bad faith, creative settlement techniques, case valuation, subrogation, and uninsured and underinsured motorist's coverage.

Jury Verdicts and Settlements
Attorney Rosenzweig works hard to recover the money damages our clients deserve whether by settlements or jury verdicts. His jury verdicts include numerous six-figure jury verdicts as well as an eight figure verdict. He has successfully tried jury trials in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Education and Licensing
Attorney Rosenzweig graduated magna cum laude and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 from the University of Pittsburgh with dual major of history and political science.
In 1984, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts of both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Community Involvement
Attorney Rosenzweig spends much of his free time volunteering for non-profit organizations throughout western Pennsylvania. He is involved in his community through charitable contributions and through involvement with numerous charitable organizations. He has participated as a mentor in mock trial competitions in the North Allegheny school system and as a long-time girls' youth soccer coach and team treasurer. Attorney Rosenzweig has served as a solicitor for the United Jewish Federation and currently serves on its Board of Delegates. He is also current Recording Secretary on the Board of Directors for both Temple Ohav Shalom and the North Allegheny Girls Lacrosse Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Agency for Jewish Learning.
Over the years, Attorney Rosenzweig has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous local non-profit institutions including the North Allegheny Soccer Club and Ursuline Services, Inc. He is also past President of Temple Ohav Shalom synagogue and a former member of the Pittsburgh Holocaust Commission.
