Attorney Todd Berkey is a 2007 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer^®, an honor awarded to the top five percent of state-wide lawyers. In addition, Attorney Berkey has been BV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Attorney Berkey has represented victims injured in all types of accidents including  construction, and trains.  He has also represented cases that involved Pennsylvania Dram Shop Act (DUI), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDot), homeowner liability, and auto insurance coverage. In August of 2007, Attorney Berkey won a $1.07M verdict for an electrocuted worker from Erie, PA.

Education and Licensing

Mr. Berkey received his Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University and a Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School of Widener University.

He is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts as well as in Ohio and West Virginia.
